I am a single stay at home mom of 2. I have a daughter who is 10 years old and a son who is 4 years old.
I became an army widow at the age of 22 and have been fortunate to still be able to stay home with my children as it is the most important thing to me.
I have been attending Kaplan University for 1 week and am working towards my certification in web design.
I am hoping to work from home either freelancing or for a local company so I can still attend my children's events.
I am already being asked to make a website for my daughter's basketball association and am looking forward to tackling that project when I am able to.
I would love to be able to help parents who have started companies and want to get their product or service out to the Internet world.
Hobbies of mine include reading, playing volleyball, watching my kids play sports, making cards, digital scrapbooking, and photography.
I am also interested in Suicide Prevention Awareness as I lost my father and my husband to suicide.
